do I use the black ruber washers when I fit the hard drive iv bought a ssd samsong 2.5 hard drive

I never did but can see no reason why not. Fitting them won't hurt.

They are there for the purpose of noise and vibration this is why they are supplied you will get less drive noise at night

do the ruber bushs go on top of the frame then the screws from under neth the frane to hold the sssd on to it with the bushs is that right
