Hello to everyone and a Happy new Year.

I/we have just bought a Samsung QLED TV and 4K Blu-ray player. Christmas presents to ourselves. Question can someone recommend a good reliable Keyboard? Either Wireless or Bluetooth. Trust do one for Samsung TV's but it costs £77+. I am now saving for a 4K VuSolo Receiver so a cheaper keyboard is a must.

Any/all REAL advice appreciated.

Range is important especially if you have a large TV room or are more than 1M away from your set. I think the range on Wifi keyboards may be better than that on BT ones but if you want to be able to use it with a phone without a USB adaptor then this needs to be considered also when choosing.

I have one of these (mini with touchpad) but TBH find the range poor at times even though I am only about 5ft from the unit I'm controlling. Rechargeable & lasts for weeks between charges which is a big plus.

Here's one that boast 10M range but it is closer to full size.

Worth checking out if there is an 'App for that' for your phone that you could use as well. I quite often use an App on my phone to control my media devices.

Thanks for the info DD. I wasn't sure about that one, with hyperlink, I was looking at Logitech or Microsoft. If that particular keyboard can be used with a Smart TV, I'll go for that one. At least it is not costing the earth like the Trust model. Yes I did have an app for the TV and Blu-ray, but uninstalled them as they seem to run all the time.

Thanks again

Latest update on 'Bluetooth/Wireless Keyboard. In the end I went for the expensive, "So Called Samsung Smart TV Compatible" keyboard. Rubbish! the QLED did not recognise the keyboard. Sent it back and got a full refund. I am not too bothered at the moment. I had an accident with the new tv, whilst closing the French Door Curtains. See pic. Rather P##### Off at the moment. Claimed on the house insurance for repair or replacement. 20180115_084053.jpg When it or whatever returns I will try again with a keyboard.

Found the ideal keyboard. Logitech K600, but only available in the USA, $69.99, and they will sell me one.

I have found a keyboard, Logitech K600, $69.99 direct from Logitech USA. Amazon.co.uk sell the same keyboard for, £85+. The seller is in Canada, so not getting it from there. I checked through The USA Logitech website, and the K600 is compatible with my TV.

I'll do a review when I get it, if you are interested? and tell you how I get on with it.

Further info on the Logitech K600 keyboard. There is no chance I can buy this keyboard from the US, Logitech or Amazon.com. So I dont know which other, full sized Logitech keyboard to buy. It's a Blasted pain using the TV Keyboard.
