Want the truth? ... They are all the same quality weather you pay ?1 or ?100 mate, don't be conned by marketing ploys.

From a device to TV... no
High speed and Ethernet HDMI (1.4), only require that cable is high speed for using Ethernet HDMI (which is also the only requirement for a cable to be HDMI 2 compliant).
Ok, if you want a HDMI cable that will support anything you throw at it including a 4k resolution TV, get a high speed one.
In your instance any will do the job just as well as the next.

Err High Speed HDMI Cable is required for 3D, I totally overlooked the 3D and focused on your comments regarding picture quality sound etc, so... yeah I have slightly mis-informed you, the point is the same though (high speed aside), all HDMI cables are equal and all High Speed are equal.
