Use a telnet install

opkg update
opkg install python-contextlib
opkg install -force-overwrite http://www.tunisia-dreambox.info/TSmedia/software_official/enigma2-plugin-extensions-tsmedia_11.0_all.ipk

Restart Enigma2 then it will work.
