yeah already figured out its not nfi and i cant convert it lol

VERY VERY happy with this backup image. Only concern is that flash is running at 97%. Many of the Addons I don't use but they don't have entries in the menu/addons/uninstall list - would deleting their folders reduce the size of flash? or what else can I do to reduce flash to a somewhat safer level?

Yes for any that don't show in uninstall panel you can remove the plugin folders from /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions
Do not store picons or epg in the flash.
Use BlackHole speedup (Blue x 2) to remove others you don't need.
Unused sofcam binarys from /usr/bin camscripts from /usr/camscript & config files.
A fresh install of BH 3.0.1 on the solo2 reports 80% of flash is used as soon as flashed
Since making this backup i have added TSmedia & not removed anything & for me it shows 92% used.

Cannot get Openwebif to work with any password. I have not changed my root password (although I now find out that VCC will connect using any password!) and Openwebif (requiring authentication) has worked on previous versions of BH using what I believe to be my root password. Now authentication fails using my old password AND vuplus-images. Any ideas?

Openwebif should connect without any password, check your configuration in the green panel.



Try uninstalling Openwebif then reinstalling im not sure about your ftp problem as everything is working as normal for me, i wonder if the 2 issues are connected in some way.

Do you have telnet access?
If so try changing the password there with the following command.

root@vusolo2:/#
I entered the command passwd xxxxxxx
which returned
passwd: user 'xxxxxxx' does not exist

Obviously I am doing something wrong? (and I am very grateful for your help - thanks)

Your navi-x is stored on your hdd not within this backup, look in the xbmc section a fix is posted there if you cant find it feel free to start a new support thread & we will help you fix it.

Hi ten below newbie here if I download your bh 3.9.1 backup can I do it without all other foreign channels only want s-y uk or can I delete them after putting image on also does it have the drivers for a vu turbo tuner cable thanks mial

After flashing either load your own list or use the included system tool autobouquets to generate your own, if you go in extended settings here there is the option to remove existing bouquets while generating your own.

After flashing you can adjust the settings to suit your setup and replace the channel list with whichever one suits your needs best.

There are problems with using the Turbo tuner at the moment with all the boxes that do not support xbmc and I have read there are issues on BH301 as well.
