Image Flashing Support clean flash !!

is it when I install a new image or Backup, this mean cleared completely previous image?
because i'm install many (image & backups) and need completely clean the flash to avoid any problems .

Yes flashing will remove all traces of the previous image, the only thing that could possibly be left is the splash screen displayed at bootup if the new image/backup did not provide one.
