VU+ Receiver General Setup Questions Duo2 LCD screen help please

Hi everyone,
I have a Duo2 and need to know how to get the best out of the front panel LCD screen.
All I can get is the channel line coming up at the top of it.
Can anyone help me with this please?

It says 4K boxes but the principle is identical for HD boxes as well

1. Install LCD4Linux
2. Use the attached to get you started
3. Unzip on PC & file transfer to /etc/enigma2
4. Restart GUI
