Dish Support gone from 95% signal to 0%

I have a UILITMO 4 K BOX, 2FBC TUNERS 80CM MOTORISED DISH. I have changed the lnb thinking it was that the signal came back for five min the went again. i have checked the two cables gong to the box, the two going to the motor and from motor to lnb undone all connections all fine. all was working ok now nothing I have checked sat positions all ok before i lost signal
 
I have replaced the motor to TM 2600 MK3 and TM GOLD twin lnb. remade connections to motor and lnb,the power is getting to the motor the green light is on. TUNER A is to advanced B is set to second cable of motorised dish ,but dish will not move. forgive me if i have not explained it properly as i have been to hell and back for a week
