Hardware Support is my Cable tuner knackered ?

hi guys - ive got a vu+ultimo with 2 cable tuners, 1 is working fine, now when i connect the feed to this other tuner i get no siganl snr is 0%. ive set up a scan for my area, entered the correct frequency, symbol rate ,Fec etc....it finds all channels on network, around 600 plus..but when i exit the scan my snr is still 0% and iget no channels at all....when i take the feed out and put it in the working tuner, its fine all channels work..any ideas ? ta

ok done another test.....deleted evrything on my ultimo, left in working cable tuner, done a scan on my cable network, used Autoboquets C2 to create boquets and everything is working perfectly, now when i add in my second cable tuner and configure it....i then remove the feed from my working tuner to this one i get absolutely nothing at all on all channels snr is at 0%..even the FTA ones..

disable your working cable tuner, restart and see if it then uses the secondary one.

sorry guys for the delay been really busy....anyway i removed all tuners from my box, the working cable tuner and the sat tuner. ive put in this secondary tuner only...and everything is working perfectly, the only thing i have noticed is that that the SNR varies between 60%-69% on most of the channels but all working fine....ive tried the cable tuner in each of the 3 slots in my vu+ ultimo and its still working fine...perhaps one of the other tuners is interferring when they are all slotted into the box..
