We are often asked, when will 'XBMC/KODI' become available for the Solo, Uno, Zero, Ultimo & Duo.
To be clear, Kodi/XBMC cannot run on a Duo, Zero, Uno, Ultimo nor Solo because Hardware resources & drivers to do so are simply not available and are never likely to be.
The compatible boxes have all dual core 1300 MHz processors and at least 1024 MB RAM.
The only way to get this on a Vu+ device would be to upgrade to a Solo SE, Solo2, Uno, Duo2 or the new 4K range. ()
There are other plugins that offer many similar features & sources as Kodi does such as:
Kodidrect 3.0r0
TSmedia Enigma2 Plugin
Enigma2 Plugin Exodus
IPTVPlayer E2 Plugin
Other option would be to just use a dedication Android device like the Fire Stick or a mini PC like an Intel NUC.
