Script errors are beyond our control to fix I'm afraid. One needs to keep in mind these plugins are designed primarily to run on PC and as such some may not run on hybrids such as our STB's.

For the record I did have Navi-X working originally but it then stopped after a while and has not worked since beyond reporting that it can't start due to a script error.

From my perspective, I'd like to see Netflix working, but it requires a web browser that is slightly more featured than the cut down version of Opera that comes with the HbbTV plugin.

Never-the-less having Kodi on VU+ at all is a major leap forward for which we should all be grateful. :hi5:

No, the folder under /share is different. It is xbmc as oppose to .xbmc which sits on the hard drive.

I tend to have both on HDD and use a symlink from /share as my personal preference.

The method in post #1 works perfectly well but you can also try the following alternative method.

Unpack the attachment to a folder on you PC, expand it** and then copy the '.xbmc' folder with all its content to the root of the hard disk.

**You need to go into the media folder and then into the hdd folder and copy the .xbmc folder into the root.

Root of the HDD should look like this:

I'm sorry bud but I can't fix Filezilla but you could try copying files across in chunks instead of all in one go or perhaps set to passive mode? You could also use Windows Explorer to copy across to a mapped drive instead. That always works best for me.

There really is nothing more to it than is already posted in the thread.

Could it have something to do with thier location as c:\folder 1\folder\media\hdd\xbmc\folder 1\filname.txt

Windows will only allow a maximum path length of 255 characters, try moving them further up your folder structure e.g. d:\.xbmc and copy** from there.

Hello,
i'm newbie here and really need your help if possible.

i just flash Latest Open Black hole 0.1 for SOLO 2 / i found already xbmc launcher in plugins... but when i log with ftp / i don't found the folder HDD in /media !

So i tried another why, i tried to install xbmc addons from Tspanel/Linuxshat addons... it's create a folder .xbmc in my /media/hdd, i replace it with this .xbmc folder but i get nothing on Xbmc Launcher.. no addons...

Please if possible a step by step method for newbies...

Do i need a real hard disk (hardware) or just my flash memory ?

i'm really confused here !

I think you will quickly find that you need a hard disk because if the plugins are kept in flash you will quickly run out of space. You could also try using a USB stick and mounting that as media-HDD. Either way the structure should be /media/hdd/.xbmc/

If it works, the addons will appear within XBMC under Video-Addons

OK I made sure it was working on PC.

What I did then was uninstall Genesis via the addons and then copy it over again from the archive in post 1. It's not perfect but it does work again. Just hope it doesn't break again when it updates again.

I found the FIX on another forum.

Open a Telnet session and run this:

Works right away.

Hopefully image developers will include this fix in future.
