Hardware Support Modifying a TM 2600 M2 Diseqc Motor

I've just bought a Gibertini op125 dish, spent this afternoon erecting it, slipped it onto my diseqc motor, tightened the bolts on the motors mounting tube, and bracket won't tighten enough, so I will need to do a modification, like some sort of collar to go around the mounting tube, anyone else had this problem?
