Extract this & try replacing the files manually, both should be set at 755.

hey, all working fine, should the openvpn be working? can activate it but not start it, pressing red does nothing. also regarding the update do I just do this via the software update in main menu?

Software update is in Menu yes.

OpenVPN may work when you update.

Or have you put the correct folders, correct method in /etc/openvpn?

have done the update and didn't find anything to update, as for vpn, still not working lets me activate it but then when press red to start it doesn't do anything

You never answered the part about /etc/openvpn.

What files did you put in /etc/openvpn?

I haven't put any additional files in there. just the files from the image flash. it currently has openvpn.log in it

It wont work if you don't have any OpenVPN files from your VPN service.

Nor if not set them up properly either.

As example here is some of what I have in



This new to me, have noticed it does cut off sometimes also.

But my advice, is donrt start messing with OpenVPN if you don't know what you doing with it, why your doing it and/or if you have a paid VPN service.

Hello is there a tutorial how to customize a image ?( I do a own image for solo pro v3, but it is clean no update- no pluginsfeeds )Is there a folder or how i can install plugins in the building process?

Hi, I have flashed this great image that I like it as it is amazing unfortunately I cannot open shared object file : no such file or Directories
Extensions /Mediaportal(/usr/lib/pyton2.7/site packages/crypto/cipher/AES.so : cannot open shared object file : no such file or Directory ...
My box is Vu+Duo2

Hi all .
Yesterday I installed the latest update of this build.. its up and running.
BUT .
After installing the Kodi plugin. I added the Indigo add-on installer. Then
Exodus , S.A.L.T.S , Sports Devil and afew more .
. Exodus will not start . SALTS Gets as far as showing sources but then say 0 sources.
I like using my Vusolo2 it's great .
I have 4 other ways of viewing content . So it is not my services supplier
Could you D.D or Danny187 or Tenbelow. Check this out has Kodi Krypton stopped working on Vu boxes

I just installed mediaportal on this image without any problem at all but there does seem to be issues with some of the plugins for kodi. This is however, affecting ALL images I have tried so is not just affecting this release.

Update: Just did basic maintenence in kodi and is well for me again. So guys, suggest you try that also.
