I've tried that but when i'm in opentv there is nothing in there because i have no dvb-s only dvb-c. so i'm unable to deselect.
That why i was wondering if you could do it and save a backup image. Would solve all the issues with the EPG.
I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but have the same thing thing happen.

Why you reinstalling crossepg for? just uninstall if using DVB-C, then either get EPG via what OI posted on last page, setting up box to ZAP to VM preview channel
or INSTALL EPG IMPORT - then go inside epg import - blue button (sources)- choose VM UK RYTEC - green to save - then yellow for manual download (takes a while and does in background)
