Because if you do I will be loading that one like a shot.

I have the very latest Serviceapp plugin build which includes the latest HLS variant fixes if you need it.

Ive read they are running 1.6x which was very problematic.
Im currently running 1.9.0.1 which is awesome and has no problems at all,at least none that I've encountered.

Yes i have been following various threads on PLi about those & it does sound very encouraging so definatley do want to try & include these so your offer is something i am sure i will ask more about soon thanks

There is an updated build here but both built using default build cfg so the last is Gstreamer 1.6.3, currently got loads on but will get back to this asap & any help you can give will be very welcome.

Nice image - Thanks. I tried to send the image to multiboot but I cannot get it working. Is it possible to compress it to zip. I tried to zip it but did not work on my Solo2.

Yes, it should install but OpenPLi does not work well in multiboot. There are all sorts of things that need special attention like how it mounts the hard disk. i would therefore, not recommend using it in openmultiboot. Really intended to run in flash but then one loses openmultiboot functionality because it is not supported.

I have managed to get it installed with nand-sim for duo2 by copying 2 missing files into SBIN:

It now loads and lists my openmultiboot images but will not complete the boot process and I now get:

Feel I am so close now but just missing the last step. I guess the question is how to now get omb enabled. There doesn't appear to be any obvious option via the menu within the plugin.

Managed to fix the above by resetting permissions on the SBIN files to 775 and reenabling via option 4 under the menu. Now reboots to load selected image but on restart does not display multiboot menu nor does it boot into the chosen image. Instead it boot back into the flash image again.

There will be but only when the build env is more stable, there are many changes daily atm as they work towards an official PLi5.0 release.
