.014 needs best a fresh install and kodi is now in extentions named kodi.If you use the image from openvix website.

if you have a vu zero it is normal.Kodi does not work on that box.Do a search in google and you find answers.

Guys i need help! this is the first time flashing my Solo2.

I put the files onto a pen drive, into the front turn on, press power etc etc

It does a few things on screen then boom UBIFS Update, tried different update and tried pens no joy.

Original box not a clone

Excellent image, few tweaks necessary with the GUI Skin position and EPG to set it up for my liking, only problem I seem to be having is IPTV Player just hangs on opening a stream, have installed all updates to latest version, should add it's running on a VU Duo, can the Duo not handle IPTV Player memory/ Processer wise ?

Where is the swap file setup in this image, i'm used to OBH and BH images where this could be found by pressing ...Blue/Blue thanks?

What root folders do I need on the Usb? , it's correctly mounted as Device: /dev/sda1 Type: vfat R/W.

Blue button on ViX as well to create a swapfile Blue-ViX-Swap-Manager or do it manually: How to create a Swapfile
Mount should technically be /media/USB
Folders will appear on it as if by magic.

This is a custom build. So the feeds may need updating & until they are the options to upgrade may not be available yet.

If purchasing a paid iptv sub, then just the supplier you get from, they may have a enigma2 script and epg etc.

Always start with where you got it from.

Reading your other posts i see you want kodi 17.3 so on your duo2 openvix 5.0 0.20 dev 002 is available via online update now (also solo2) though largley untested at time of posting so recommend backing up what you currently have first. I will test on my own solo2 & update all builds at post #1 then confirm here updates for all models when complete.

I have just online updated a 'pure' ViX image which is only at 5.0.018.
