This is backup of OpenVix Apollo designed to mimic $ky where possible. I have added TSMedia, Picons and MGGcamD 1.38 (along with mg_cfg config file), BlueHD v3.1 skin and Sky 'Believe in Better' bootlogo. I have setup timeshift to closely mimic $ky+ as possible.

I recommend backing up your current image first before flashing with this image.

OpenVix Hades uses the new Gstreamer 1.4.5 which will give better DivX and IPTV stream playback.

This image series is brand new and as such is still under development so don't expect everything to work

Online updating is possible, but keep in mind future driver releases/updates may harm your box. This image has the driver version patch and drivers write-protected already to reduce (but not guarantee) likelyhood of drivers being replaced during an update. Any updates done are at your own risk!

Credit goes to Sim2/Sunray team (with special thanks to RamiMAHER for the patched xbmc drivers and Gjstroom for patching driver version).

This image has only been tested on Sunray Solo2 clones. Use on any other clones may result in a bricked box. Use at your own risk!​

Is this safe for any vu solo 2 clone That if you have the sticker to download images from vu-hd ? Thanks in advance
 
Cheers for the reply mate just wanted to install the latest version of vix to my box as running old version at the moment and have the blue hd theme but you know what it's like always want to keep it upto date as mine seems to be not able to connect to feed

So they have killed the Apollo feeds already, i wonder if another member using Hades could upload the feed files from /etc/opkg then you fire them into yours & they should be back. :)

Been thinking of using blackhole myself but I havebt find a nice skin like the blue hd sly skin that can be used on vix looks so much better

20150715_074909.jpg Hi, new to this game. Could somebody in the know tell me, how do i tell if my box is Sunray or not? This is what i have at the mo, any help appreciated.
 
If a Sunray remote did not come with pvr just unscrew the top panel, Fan will be mounted on the cpu and the nand flash chip will not be soldered to board, Flash chip is detachable. There are other noticable differences to other clones or original but this information should suffice
