Subtitle & Audio Support Picture but no Sound on BlackHole

Hi guys!

I turn on the TV the picture appears but no sound. The problem is only on one channel "Festival4k", the rest perfectly reproduce sound in AC3, Mpeg and AAC. Other PurE2, OpenPli images play sound this channel without problems. Problem only on BlackHole. How can this problem be solved? What could be causing the problem?

I am on BlackHole 3.0.5 L. VU+ Zero4k

1. Try a manual rescan on the transpoder
   
2. Find the APID and enter it manually (use dreambox edit or similar)

If none of the above works suggest it might be worth taking this up with the Black Hole Team on their site unless someone else here has a better answer than I:
