Dish Support Problem with one transponder.

I have problem with one transponder on satellite 13e - transponder 11508
All other are OK.
Is faulty LNB (unicable) or tuner (VU+ Uno 4k SE)?

I very much doubt it is either & the issue is most likely with the transponder.
Looking on Lyngsat it is clear that this particular transponder is below the horizon (see legend below) in the UK which I assume means we cannot receive it here.

I don't get it.
It was no problem with this transponder 3 months ago. Also I have all others transponder from this satellite.
How one transponder could be below horyzont?

I think Lyngsat may be lying.

All the channels listed as "below the horizon" working here for me with 1.1 M dish in SE Midlands.
