German media company ProSiebenSat.1 has acquired minority shareholdings in global online sports portals EverSport and 90min.com.

EverSport operates a digital platform for live transmissions and on-demand videos of more than 30 kinds of sports including popular leagues and competitions such as the Serie A, La Liga, the Incheon Asian Games, the Glory World Series in mixed martial arts und US college sports Pac-12 und Big-10.

ProSiebenSat.1 wants to offer its own content on EverSport and distribute the portal’s content on its own digital network in future.
