anyway to turn off or reduce the sound of the hard disk, it's sooo noisy !!

It's not hard-drive, its the ventilator, Plugin, Uninstall Temp Control, its been a buggy plugin for a few months on most images by SatVenus..

Image does not even have Device Manager plugin, so install that too.
