Sky are desperate especially, now that the German Government has ruled that the Bundesliga must be split between more TV providers. This will be a bitter blow & will aim to end their monopoly in the area of Sport.

They have also been reminded that they are forbidden from offering a N*S only based encryption service.

I wonder how this will affect their intent to pair the nation.
