Networking Support TLS problems with open vpn

Hello everybody,

I have got a Vu + SOLO 4k with BH latest version.

For the connection via VPN I have been using Nordvpn for years with which I have never had problems. For a week now, unfortunately, I have been going crazy because, although the connection is activated (green) from the appropriate menu, my connection/output ip is unchanged (that of my provider ).

Reading the log of openvpn.log, however, I notice that the connection does not take place and I guess it from the following lines:

Sat Mar 20 09:58:30 2021 TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)

Sat Mar 20 09:58:30 2021 TLS Error: TLS handshake failed

Sat Mar 20 09:58:30 2021 SIGUSR1 [soft, tls-error] received, process restarting

Sat Mar 20 09:58:30 2021 Restart pause, 2 second (s)



I have not changed anything on my decoder VUSOLO 4K and above all it is not a firewall problem on the main router, because all the other devices (PC or similar) do not give any problem when I load the VPN, and they always pass through the same router. It seems a problem that arose and related solely to my VU + Solo 4k decoder.

Anyone have any advice or code to write to reactivate?

Nordvpn team told me that the problem is on the client OpenVPN in BH ( OpenVPN 2.3.6 version) . Recently, NordVPN servers were upgraded to use a newer version of OpenVPN. To be specific, your clients needs OpenVPN 2.4 version support. )...
Anyone of you know if exist an update of the openvpn client for Vusolo4k?
