Some time it happens when you have any plugin / extention which is installed also the part of the image's feed and if any of its shared files need to update it . it will display the msg from feed update . I had once faced this issue in Pure2 image and after updating the media portal . I didnt saw this msg. again.

If it bothers you so much you could open a telnet session and type:
Code:
opkg update
opkg upgrade
Once completed you can see if that fixes it. These commands will also prove that your update feeds are still working & up-to-date.

I have done this already but the message still appears but you right theres sth. with the mediaportal plugin which is involved in this issue.

After the telnet commmands, there comes the following: Not selecting enigma2-plugin-extensions-mediaportal 2019042101 as installing it would break existing dependencies.

do i have to get rid of Mediaportal ? i hope not
