VU+ Kodi Support userdata on usb

hi, could any one help me on a way to install kodi and make the .kodi file from usb not hdd
i moved the user data to usb but still when kodi starts it recreate it on hdd i have both usb stick and hdd but want to use the usb for user data

Mount the USB as /media/hdd or use DCC to create a symblink hdd>media/usb

i dont want to do that i still want to use my hdd for recording movies, if i mount my usb
as hdd then i cant use my hdd for recording, i have both usb and hdd my hdd is eternal
sata, and i still want to use it as hdd for recording

Mount it as usb & change your recording & backup paths to suit.
