When i try this backup i can't see anything on my TV, it keeps saying no signal. Therefor useless

When i try this backup i can't see anything on my TV, it keeps saying no signal. Therefor useless

Possibly the saved tv resolution settings on the backed up image are set higher than what your tv is, try connecting via web info when the image loads then it may be possible to change them using the web info remote.

My thinking was you made the backup in 1080 but maybe his tv can only handle 720?
