Dear All
In today date I'm using a VU+ with the laste OpenVix image, but honestly, it happened to me in the past also using OpenBlackHole and other images.
So the issue is that after few hours of working, I can see in the center of the display a blinking dot (not red but cyan or white) and I can not found the reason. It is located between the Dolby symbol and the clock.

Can anyone tell me what does it means.? I thought it was a kind of notification for the recording options but I have no recording session on going.
Any hint will be very welcomed. 26072

Hi DirtyDonkey,
Thanks very much indeed for your reply.
So apparently you were right, there was some update available so once updated the notification disappeared. I don't even thought about it as the image installed was fresh and clean from the web page of the creator (openvix and open blackhole) and I supposed no update was needed ...shame on me !
Thanks a lot.

for openvix, you can disable the updates notification if you want. open software update, press menu & disable from there. This just stops the available update notification (the green flashing light on info bar) you can still manually check for them
