Hardware Support Vu Duo image freezes sound goes on

Hello forum members, need your help,
I have a vu+ duo which works fine about 15 minutes. Then the box freezes but sound ist going on. I have to turn off and restart the box. Does anyone know this problem?
I tried with other software (images), changed PSU. LNB-singal is ok; another vu+ DUO works without any problem.

If the box is original
Did u check :

1. Power supply section and see any swelled cap around ?
2. Which image tried last time ?
3. try factory image then any 3rd party image

4. If have installed any hdd remove it and then check
5. Have u tried to send its boot loader again and then factory default and again install any pli image.

Only for Vu+ Duo!
HowTo update bootloader:
download attached file
unzip attached file
format USB flash drive in with fat
create directory /vuplus/duo at flash drive
copy file to directoy /vuplus/duo at flash drive
shutdown VU+ STB
disconnect all USB devices
connect USB flash drive to VU+ STB
power on VU+ STB
wait for message "Please remove USB" at VFD
disconnect USB flash drive
power off VU+ STB
flash new image

Try the above tips and report back . if the above tips doesnt work then u must have an cpu issue.
