LNB Support VU+ SOLO 2 Info please

I have a Solo 2 and would like to put a twin LNB on the dish (for two seperate satellites ) can the Solo 2 work with this if i scan for two sats on the one cable?? i know there is a name for this but i cannot remember it for the life of me...
Hope this question is understanble it looks as clear as mud to me LOL

To use 2 lnb from the same cable you will need a DiSEqC 2 Switch but your Solo2 has dual tuners so you could run a second cable to your dish.

i have this is this ok says DiSEqC 2 on it??? although mine says SAT: 950 - 2150MHZ

i am looking to get maybe 28.2E and 19E on the one cable if possible to get more channels for me here in Spain then maybe 27.5w on the other cable.. thanks

This is possibly stupid time question if i use one of these on my 30w with twin LNB and then down one one cable to my solo 2 will it enable me to record from two different channels at the same time or even just watch another channel whilst recording?? that looks clear as mud...LOL 2 LNB's into DiSEqC 2 Switch then down to box???????

No, to record 2 channels at the same time you will need both tuners configured so run a second cable to your dish.
 
Thanks Ten now you said it's pretty obvious you need the tuner to record LOL i said it was stupid time... thanks for the reply
