so I get a VU+ solo pro clone which if I'd of known what a nightmare they are I wouldn't of bothered, this is how it come I can next via ftp but from what I've read not good idea to flash via USB ?? Brickit??I've done extensive research on this all day and still I haven't found the answer it was running openATV with Ferrari on it , where would you find a back up file bear in mind remote doesn't work it just displays a sky hd screen and won't budge off of that

I'm having the same issue with a meelo one which I believe is a clone of the x mini solo 2/vu+ solo?
I've have tried a number of images without luck. I can connect to/control box via ftp and the openwebif but remote is not working.

Sorted, was the ribbon had come lose. A give a away would have been that the Meelo + One has a green and red LED that go on on startup. When I pushed the ribbon in and started it up these came on for the first time. So if I had of had one of these boxes before I would have known to look for that!
