LCD Support Vu+ Ultimo 4K- VFD Problem

I have a problem with my Vu + Ultimo 4K, the VFD display just stopped working!
I've done the test with several images and none makes the VFD work normally, I've also made the bootloader update available on the official website.

Does anyone know the model of the FLAT CABLE and if it would be difficult to find, because I think it can be this.

Looks like it could be the cable or the control chip as, from the screens, it looks like it is missing around 80% data.

Never seen this happen before so not even sure if there is an accessible cable to try & re-seat but that would be my starting point.
