Hardware Support Why total memory is 1.3 GB instead of 3GB

I bought the VU+ Ultimo 4k and when requested the system information ( in all images ) it shows total memory as 1.3 GB instead of 3 GB !
could anybody please explain this issue ?

It is probably reporting the free memory accessible by the user. The remaining memory is used by the system. If you did a console boot log (using a serial cable) you would probably see the full amount of memory showing up as 3GB.
