There is this but quite old now so in your shoes i would just start fresh tbh.
/media/hdd/.xbmc folder for newbies

yes i want start fresh one but I do not know how to run vpn such as dathovpn for example I have problems with OpenELEC also don't know how add live tv channels ...etc.

Sadly, LiveTV does not work on XBMC due to there being no PVR plugin capability for our boxes. Even though the Black Hole Team did release a beta PVR for their image I did not have much success with it.

Even with the Kodi releases now surfacing (OpenPLi Beta V2, OpenSPA 5.005) I see PVR is still not an available option unless I have missed it somewhere.
