VU+ Kodi Addons xbmc can't stream

Hello after xbmc update to the new phoenix add on I can not stream from phoenix only the movie in low quality and cartoons and I can't stream from my computer what can be wrong I tested my internet connection and it say 90/90mbit I have reflash the box and I have try a lot of different images now I run the latest open atv with kodi 16 please help
