problem

Hi I have a VU Ultimo 4k Image black hole 3.05. H. Since yesterday a blinking circle appears in the upper left corner. The box is then no longer controllable for minutes. Then it goes again approx. 2 minutes and then the circle comes again. What can that be? thx for your help.
