IPTV Support Fast Forward/Rewind VOD on non-Black Hole images question

Why is it that Black Hole images enable fast forward/rewind of VOD streams in the settings list but OpenPLI images don't? Is there a plugin for OpenPLI images or any other change I can make to get FF/Rewind working?
