Attached file contains my first effort at creating a set of bouquets that suite my needs.
I used @DirtyDonki set as my baseline, kept his services file and created my own bouquets from it using dreamboxEdit.

My bouquets are, I think, greatly simplified. They are configured for my region (East Anglia West) but you would only need to change the BBC and ITV channels to suit your own requirements.
It is a work in progress and will likely be re-worked as I use it and find better ways to arrange them.
I will try and keep it up to date as quickly as I can and post updates here.
So, if it's of any use to anyone please give it a go and let me know how you get on.
