Hardware Support Vu+ Zero Bricked?

Hi to all,
My Vu+ Zero is not reading any usb images, stuck at constant white led, no blinking.
What should I do?
I read almost everything with the issue. No luck.
Could you please help me on that? Thank you.

I've just ordered a 4GB usb stick. Definitely gonna try with that.
I tried with 16 GB stick I have with this HP tool. Still no response, no video, not blinking, constant white led.

try old stick 1GB or flashdrive 256 MB.The last works on all the boxes I have.
