VU+ Remote Questions Cannot connect remote control to VU+ Ultimo 4K

Hi there,
I've got a broken remote that cannot be fixed.
Found another remote control from another receiver.
Can I configure this one so it works with the VU+ Ultimo 4K??

Unless it's a vu+ remote then highly unlikely, some universal remotes can work like logitech harmony for example.
