Looks like the wrong file was attached so i have just updated post 1 & also added all dependencies incase it complains they are missing but first check the BlackHole plugin feeds as i remember it being there not to long ago.

I just tried from Vuplus-Images addons on the new BH 2.1.4 and it would not install until I had installed UDPXY from the above attachments. After that it went on with no problem. So you may only neede the one dependency.
