Just download unzip the attachment and FTP all 'png' files to /usr/share/enigma2/spinner/
or
the whole spinner folder to /usr/share/enigma2/
Notes
Some image skins redirect the spinner folder to a folder within the skin folder.
You should delete any existing 'png' files in the destination folder before uploading.
If you have Spinner Selector plugin installed you may want to copy the files to it's repository instead which is /usr/share/enigma2/Spinner - (note the capital
S or
