VU+ Kodi Support Losing epg

Hi guys,
I have a small problem. Whenever I watch Kodi, I lose all my EPG. It is easy getting it back by downloading it all again. My question is has anybody else had this problem?

Now using Ten Below's latest 15.2 Kodi Back-up. Was using hus original and it happened on that as well.

Any ideas/help.

How are you exiting Kodi?
Try using just the TV button rather than the bottom left exit way.
