On My openpli 4.0 after installing ipk, i don't find it under settings skin. What's the problem?

Did you restart Enigma?

If not then that may be why.

Try sending the ipk to /tmp then entering this in telnet.

Code:

opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk

It should work on open black hole but for the regular version use this instead.
