Just a quick question about your image Ten. Is there an easy way to remap the remote control buttons? ie 'Down Button' On your Illusive -XBMC, and all Vix images the down button brings up the Bouquets and also to run to the next bouquet, and up does the opposite. The channel change, up/down are as is. Hope I have made myself clear. If I can achieve this my better half will be happy.

There's this plugin called Multiquickbutton.

You can install that if not already installed and remap within it to set the keys to do as you desire. I use it a lot myself.

Thanks for the condolences DD. He had Alzheimer's and died in his sleep of Pneumonia, apparently that is quite common.

As I have already mentioned, as soon I have this Image up and running the way I, and of course Marysia, (my better half), I will let you all know. Fingers crossed.

Well? I installed the image and I thought everything to do with Cccam etc, etc. Could not get the cam or anything to do with it working. Don't worry guys please. I have gone back to my Illusive-XBMC image, from Ten. When I get more time, (busy helping my builder, painting the outside, mods yo my kitchen etc; etc), I will try this image again and not try to rush it. btw, channel change and bouquets work as Vix, so that's the hard part done, Thanks Ten. I think I missed something simple when try to config the cam. If and when I get any other image working to mine and Marysia's, (my better half), liking I'll let you know.

As I said. "I think I missed something simple", YUP! I forgot about changing the path of the CCcam , call me a plonker. With this now engraved into the hole of my brain, (hole as in pit), I will remember the difference when I try This Image again. Silly me.

What do you mean buddy, it wont start or your addons are gone?

it was fine throughout the recent updates, but the last one I ran yesterday seemed to delete or heavily modify xmbc.

if I run xmbc from plugins now I get a black screen for a second but instead of the xmbc start up flash screen it reverts back to the plugin list

Check your HDD is mounted correctly. Try a controlled restart. If that doesn't fix it uninstall and then reinstall via the plugins panel.

Yes, it is the update. Had to reinstall XBMC and all was fine again. No idea what our friends on the ATV Team were thinking.

Also had to restore my personal settings from back up.
Menu-Setup-Software Management-Restore System Settings

OpenATV removed it from their feeds & no longer recommend it, look here to see if the button you want to change can be done without it first.
Menu > Setup > System > Button Setup.

Thanks for a prompt response. I tried that but can't get the red button to show single epg.
I managed to make install the multiquickbutton but it's changing two channels at time when pressing the P+ button rather than one. Also the audio button stating the timeshift before showing the audio menu. Strange! Had to uninstall it.
