Hi. in the options there is a function that the usb memory can be formatted so that the receiver can see the usb. or if you want to use the multiboot option, then look for openmultiboot in image additions. when you boot it (have usb connected to the receiver), the openmultiboot will format it. after that you can switch another backup to that usb over the total comander, dcc.
I think in the forum I set up a descriptive description of how to run a backup via multiboot.

No... without formatted. Only the option to do the automount for all usb devices. When plug the usb, create the symlink hdd> /media/hdd
