Just wondering if you could be kind enough to reply to my last post & tell me what to do now - is it OK for me to know apply this Back Up image after having applied the "Tuner" settings you linked?

If so, please be kind enough to let me know the process I should follow - should I do a back up of the current settings first?

Bazzy, backup your existing config & settings using the built in backup manager or DreamboxEDIT then flash the backup & restore them to the new image.

Thank you for getting back to me - very much appreciated! I got a USB Stick - only 512mb or so & reformatted it to FAt32 so it was clean. I copied your "vuplus" folder on to the stick & did the install procedure. Turned off set at back, installed USB Stick at front port, switched set back on & pressed Power button when prompted. It did it's thing but asked me to press power button again during the process (should I have done so?) - I did not as per a Youtube Video I saw & things seemed to load up as your image came up on screen. However, I got a message saying "Error - Tune Failed!"

What can I do now to resolve this please sir? No idea why it is happening - are there any settings I should adjust or should I try the install procedure again?

Just to let you know, I thought a Software Update might do the trick as there were 190 updates but I could not as I get "Failed" message when trying. The screen is now frozen on this message & the RC does not respond to any commands like cancel/exit/off etc.

Reset the box using the switch at the back & it should come back, the message tune failed is because you have not yet restored your own settings. The backup was made with tuner A using a fixed dish at 28.2E & tuner B set equal to it.

I was finally able to do it - Thank you so much! This is my first "victory" in setting anything up so am very grateful! I now have to figure out somehow how to load all those Channel Lists, Picons etc & make sense of the endless options in the various menu's - so much stuff in there I have no idea about! Looks like my installer will not be back in my area for quite some time so I will be left to try & figure things out by myself!

My next challenge is to try & set things up on the Motorised side of things - do you know of any easy to follow guides with settings I can follow?

Sounds like a problem with whatever you are using to transfer them rather than the image, i have just added them to our addons panel for you please try installing from there.

thanks for reply. I treed a few methods and then used VUCC and that worked but lost my menus so went to openatv and lo and behold same problem. I am stickinmg with opentv for a few days and I installed the all sats from catSeyes with VUCC.

If its any help I use VU Toolbox to upload Settings, it has provision for 'Upload Channel List as well as FTP, IPK etc.

Thank you again -I will look at that guide & see if I can apply the info. Tbh, it was a nightmare trying to get any channels - I do not know how but I finally managed to get at least the 28.2E Channels on the box but in a very random order - I think (but not sure) this was on both Tuner A & B but I am finding it very hard to be able to tell or select between the two as the system does not allow it or I do not know how. Every time I select one of the tuners & press OK, it scans all the channels again & it takes ages for it to complete. Do you know how to switch between both tuners & check?

I have one cable from a Motorised Dish going to Tuner A & another cable going from a fixed Sky Dish to Tuner B. I am totally lost on how to set up the motorised side of things so have only tried on 28.2E as I am not at all familiar with all the other sats & their tech details.

I will try & apply the guide & report back - just looking at the motorised section on that guide, I can tell you I input in somethings completely different!

Should I apply this BackUp Image to both Tuners then?

OK - Just applied the settings exactly as per guide (Both had incorrect inputs!). Tuner B is Fixed Dish & details comply.

Tuner A is Motorised Dish & again, inputted exactly as per guide except put: -0036 as 359.66 West - is that correct? Also, after saving it says "Positioner USALS".

The installer put in a TM2600 Motor & told me is was a DisESqC one?

Echo this 100%, so you have your viewing card inserted but it is glitching well you should post here...

dear ten blow aslamulikum plz if you edit a pli image I suggest you that in parental control you shoud use the way blacklisted and whtilsted not lock by age age lock is very is not good I am using pli imag please change that parantol control for me I shell be than full to you waiting for your kind response thanks
I mean that the menu parental control which I like is there is no age lock system only block whitelist and blacklist that is the best

I never setup parental control in any backup you will have to enable this yourself.
