PLi-HD mod by jpuigs




I've been making a few modifications on standart PLi-HD skin, to get the maximum possible information on both infobars.

Modifications are on first and second infobar, and Channel List.



You can install it manually and use at your own risk.


The lib's I use, have been modified and renamed (all of them start with 'my'...) , just not to overwrite any system file you have on your box.

Tested on all my Xtrends boxes with openpli 4.​

Do I just ftpover to the box? If I have the same skin installed do I overwrite it or uninstall and copy the files?

Yes just ftp everything inside the myPLi-HD folder to the root of your image, the libs have been renamed so overwriting should not be necessary.

Thanks for the reply. I tried to ftpto the and copy the content over but does not seem to work I still have the same skin for some reason and my epg started to miss data.

Is this the correct steps

Download pli-hd skin and apply it and once fully applied and then ftp and copy the content over?

I can reset epg by deleting the epg.dat file correct?

No myPLi-HD is a separate skin, once you have sent the files in & restarted E2 you will be able to select it just like any other.

Hi friend.
i've a problem with your gorgeous image...The informations in the "service" right up square of second infobar are empty, as you can see in the attached pic... I've re-installed image, checked settings in OSD and in others sectors (personal settings, channel list settings etc...) but nothing... Can you check what the problem might be?

/ Usr / lib / enigma2 / python / Components / Converter /.
GUI.
4K programs are working !!!
Write or helped. What tuner do you have and what image?

Thank's friend, I thought actually the problem was that.... And the problem's born because in your zipped skin (post nr. 12) there isn't "MyServiceInfoEx.py" lib. That's is all!!! In effect the solution was in lesorub post nr. 10.... But, I realized only a little while ago .... :thanx:...

I'll checked this afternoon when come back home....

Ehmmm.... another tip... How can I modify the calendar in your skin? i've seen "swieta.py" lib... Is only that? Because i've seen that in the bottom of the first infobar there are also the names of the saint and not only the name of festivity. Exist an italian calendar in the ".py" form i can substitute to te "swieta.py"???

I took a look in the files... The problem is the "skin.xml" file, surely... I've seen there are a syntax error in some line, example in the line 392 the converter is named "ServiceInfoEX" and not "MyServiceInfoEX". I've changed and voilà: after ReGUI the VPID code in the SERVICE sector of second infobar appeared, I tried to change the other lines with same errors but when relaunch the GUI, the skin crashed.... ...

No friend, with your ipk file still not going .... The problem was the "skin.xml" in the folder usr/share/enigma2/myPLi... I've correct alls the sintax errors ("MyServiceInfoEX" instead of "ServiceInfoEX" and "pcrpid" instead of "prcpid" and now the skin goes like a charme....:FANTASTIC:...
