Hardware Support vu zero

hi just tryed to update my zero box to pli 9 from openpli 7.3 all went onto usb i put into the slot and it flashed untill the white light stated to flash then i rebooted now all i got is a screen saying black hole thats it any help

yes it boots up but screen says black hole is it no good now

Yes its normal if box is working seamlessly . only u see a splash screen which is not override yet .
