Manual Copy using the attached archive that has the logo's and the spinner
spinner folder goes to /usr/share/enigma2/ (delete existing content from spinner directory before copying across)
All mvi logo's go into /usr/share/ except for radio.mvi which goes into /usr/share/enigma2/
