   The Czech national transmission company Ceske Radiokomunikace (CRa) is to launch a new version of Media Cloud.
   
   Media Cloud is the first and only cloud service in the Czech Republic conceived as a comprehensive solution for handling, storage and the reliable delivery of video content for the web, mobile devices, smart TV and HbbTV.
   
   It can be used for either the complete provision of live coverage of meetings and conferences, as well as the processing of live or on-demand content.
   
   In its next development phase, planned for this autumn, will allow for the processing and transmission of video content to end users.
   
   It will greatly facilitate CRa’s own CDN infrastructure, which was launched last year and is unique to the Czech Republic.
